Bountiful Bodyworks located on Olympia’s West Side, offers a variety of Bodywork Modalities for healing and well being, as well as movement and lifestyle guidance in our Therapeutic Yoga - One to One Sessions.

Whether you are looking for relief from pain and tension or simply longing to access deeper

states of relaxation and rest, these bodywork sessions can help you. They are more than just simply

Brookelle is a seasoned massage therapist specializing in nervous system regulation, pain management, and preventive care.

She has trained internationally in India, Japan, and Thailand and blends energy healing, yoga, and other traditional Eastern practices with modern Western techniques. She brings to the table a unique approach enriched in mindfulness, compassionate listening and warm devotion in service to your well-being.

Brookelle offers a variety of Modalities such as Table Thai, Cupping, Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, relaxation massage (and more!) thru her Bodywork/Massage Practice as well as movement and lifestyle guidance in her Therapeutic Yoga - One to One Sessions.
